Before you even think about purchasing an
ad space on Buy-a-box.net, your
should read the following Terms & Conditions carefully.
Bit about Buy-a-box.net
Buy-a-box.net should be seen as a online club which helps it's members to
gain traffic to their websites / blogs as well as making a little extra
cash on the side. It should not been seen as merely an easy way to make
some money or gambling opportunity.
As you are joining a members club, there are a few basic rules:
- Your ad design must look nice. Of
course it doesn't have to be God's gift
to pixels, but it also must not be garish or rude in anyway. Basically,
a lovely
red and yellow 'Click Here' ad will be rejected.
- Ads can be design by ourselves at no
extra cost.
- This site would be rated a 'PG-13' if
it was a film. To reflect this, your ad must
also comply to this. Basically no nipples here!
- Your site can be adult in nature, as
long as your banner is not.
- Our 'link back' ad must be placed on
your site within 72hrs or your site's ad
will be suspended until it has.
- This service is open to all - but
Buy-a-box.net reserves the right to reject
any ad that it feels will not benefit from our service or does not
comply with our rules.
- Each ad submitted to Buy-a-box.net
must be unique. So if you buy more than
one ad, you must submit a different design for each.
Technical Issues
When you submit a ad design,
please try to keep to the following requirements:

Your ad button must be 70 pixels x 70
pixels - no more, no less.
- Your ad button must be in either .gif
or .jpg format.

Do not animate your ad button - these
will be rejected completely.
- The file size must be reasonable.
- Please allow space around the edge
for the boarder. Please also notice two
of it's corners curve.
- If you have access to Adobe
Photoshop, you can download a template to
design your ad with here. (Right click + Save As)
The more success we get, the more you
get...
An important thing to mention is
that Buy-a-box.net is not just here to make everyone some money. It was
set up to create an affordable way to generate traffic and awareness to
your website or blog. It also means that the more visitors and publicity
Buy-a-box.net gets, the more money and traffic our members will receive.
It's quite simple really. The more visitors we get, the more people will
visit your sites and the more people will buy new ads (funding your
repayments).
As our prices start to rise, this will start to bring in more publicity of
their own. With this additional momentum,
Buy-a-box.net could become very
big indeed and bring in ridiculous amounts of traffic to your website.
What webmasters do not realise when sites like ours talks about traffic is
that the more your website's domain is linked to by a popular site, the
better you are ranked in search engines like Google, Yahoo & MSN. So even
if you end up being at the bottom of a very long list, you will still reap
the benefits.
So for the above reason alone, if your button is accepted, please try to
spread the word about Buy-a-box.net and what we are trying to do. This
might include a basic link back from your site, a mention in your blog or
just by mentioning us on a forum.
The Internet is all about communities. Lets make our one stand above the
rest.
More Terms & Conditions
- You may buy more than one ad space,
but each ad's design must be unique.
- Spaces are allocated on a first-come
first-serve basis.
- You are purchasing the right to have a
link from Buy-a-box.net to your
own
website / blog. You do not however own any part of
Buy-a-box.net.
- If the column you choose at a specific
price is already taken, you will be allocated
the next available column that is at the same price.

Buy-a-box.net & your ad will remain online for at least 1 year.
- All financial transactions for
Buy-a-box.net will be carried out
via Paypal. We are in the
process of being excepted by No Chex as well - but at present this form
of transaction
is not available.
- All financial transactions from
Buy-a-box.net will be paid to you
via the information you
submitted on 28th of each month. This excludes the Christmas holidays
when the 'cut-off
point' will be made before hand.
- Ads will be placed within 72hrs after
payment has been recieved.
- All payments are completely dependent
on whether the subsequent ad is sold in
your column. There are no guarantees that you will double or get your
money back.
- All payments are minus Paypal / No
Chex transaction fees. At present they are
approx. 3% + $0.30.

Buy-a-box.net reserves the right to reject or refuse an order for an
ad at any point
or time and for any reason.
- The T's & C's are subject to change
without warning - so please check regularly.
